Project leads manage the project, staff and build relationships with partners.

Hello!  I’m Hannah and I’m the Local House Project lead in Sandwell.  I’ve worked in Sandwell for 9 years as a Social Worker and subsequent Team Manager within the Care Experienced Young Adults Service and jumped at the opportunity when House Project came along.  I’m originally from South Wales and moved to the West Midlands 12 years ago.  I love working in Sandwell where there’s a real family feel.  I’m keen to develop Sandwell’s House Project to be the best it can be alongside our young people.
